This notice explains how Astergrid collects and uses business contact details, project inquiries and optional attachments submitted through this website.
Scope of this notice
Astergrid is operated by Pelaron Holdings LLC. For questions about your inquiry information, including access or deletion requests, contact contact@astergridco.com.
Form entries
The project form collects business contact details and the project fields entered by the visitor. Netlify Forms stores the original submission. Optional attachments, such as specifications, drawings and photos, are stored with the original inquiry. Email notifications include links to the uploaded files. Treat these links as private and share them only with people involved in reviewing the inquiry. Authorized Astergrid personnel may maintain a private follow-up copy of inquiry information. Access is limited to authorized Astergrid personnel. Inquiry information is used to respond to requests, prepare quotations and support project follow-up. For questions about retention or deletion of your inquiry records, contact contact@astergridco.com.
The site does not currently provide account registration, payment, online chat, analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral profiling.
Hosting and technical logs
Netlify hosts the site and may process standard technical data such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser identifiers, and security logs under its own policies.
Business correspondence
A Netlify email notification alerts the authorized recipient to each new project inquiry. Any follow-up uses business email. Do not submit controlled technical packages or confidential project information until the parties approve a secure route and any required NDA.

For questions about this notice or to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, email contact@astergridco.com. Include enough business contact or project information to identify the relevant inquiry without sending additional sensitive data.
Netlify provides website hosting, form storage and inquiry notifications. Authorized Astergrid personnel may also use private Google Workspace tools for inquiry records and business correspondence.
Minors
This business site is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed to collect information from children.
